Where it ships from

We dispatch from Florida, within the United States. No customs in between and no middlemen: the package leaves our warehouse and goes straight into the domestic network.

How long it takes

• Handling: 1–2 business days from when the order comes in.
• Transit: depends on the destination within the US.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays start the next business day.

What it costs

• Free on orders of $100 or more.
• Below that, the cost is calculated in the cart before you pay.

How it travels

Vials ship in rigid packaging. Lyophilized powder is stable at room temperature during transit; once it arrives, store it refrigerated, as the label says.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery.

• If the vial arrived broken, with an unreadable label, or the batch doesn't match the COA registry, we replace it at no cost.
• If you changed your mind and the vial is still sealed, we'll take it back.
• Email support@peptilabs.us with your order number and a photo.

An order that never shows up

If tracking sits still for more than 7 business days, tell us. We open the claim with the carrier ourselves and, while it's being resolved, we reship your order.
